Practice your action

Tiger Woods, maybe the best golfer ever, practises his golf swing action just before every shot.

Steve Nash, maybe the best shooter in basketball ever, practises his free throw action just before every free throw.

Here's the idea behind it.

What do you do before each pull?

  1. There are also a few other similarities that Tiger and Steve have. Their routines involve looking at the target, looking at the ball, then looking at their target briefly before the shot. They also keep their body moving right up until the shot (Tiger sways and Steve bounces the ball) until a tiny moment of steadiness, then boom.
